Projects and Sales
We are looking for a pleasant and patient Front Desk Representative to undertake greet customers, set up projects, create invoices in QuickBooks Online and accept payments. You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make.
The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. A customer-oriented approach is essential.
The goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while on our premises.

Computer experience (Email, MS Office)
Light bookkeeping experience and QBO experience a big plus.
Prior experience is a plus, but we will be happy to train the right person.
• Ordering and maintaining inventory
• Monitor inventory pricing
• Pricing and stocking shelves
• Customer interface with work-orders processing
• Record keeping
• Assembling work-orders for billing, creating invoices, and accepting payments
• Answering and taking accurate phone messages
• Scheduling boats for haul and launch
• Updating customers with project status
• Cash register sales
• Shipping and receiving
In order to qualify for this position, your resume must provide sufficient experience and/or education, knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties of the specific position for which you are being considered. Ability to work weekends is REQUIRED. If you are unable to work weekends, please do not apply.
Individual with a mechanical aptitude is required. Ability to install and perform overall maintenance and repairs to a variety of inboard motors for both recreational and small commercial vessels. This includes having knowledge of transmissions, propellers, and electrical systems maintenance.
Individual possesses a sound knowledge of a vessel’s propulsion, electrical, navigational systems, including but not limited to heating, refrigeration, ventilation and plumbing systems. An ability to isolate malfunctions observed during operation and consistently perform reliable repairs is always the goal.
Individual has experience working with fiberglass, epoxies, resins and other necessary chemicals to correct all structural/cosmetic damage and modifications. Whether it’s repairing a swim platform for a yacht or extending a commercial vessel’s length, you’ll handle these repairs with precision.
Prior experience is preferred, but we are open to train the right person.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
